HARD surfaces for tennis courts (acrylic surfaces, acrylic resins, resin-bound coating)

Tennis hard courts are made of textured acrylic layers with optional cushioned layers on top of a concrete or asphalt foundation and can vary in color.  This surface is very popular across the world. Padel, Pickleball and Touchtennis courts also use this type of surface. Hard surfaces are laid seamlessly without any joints.

We offer many types of hard surfaces for tennis court, from the simplest hard courts without cushioning to top-level hard courts used in high-level competitions, including the Australian Open and US Open Grand Slam tournaments.

This surface is very popular across the world as it generally gives a good playing experience and offers more consistency than other tennis surfaces and are the most common type of surface as they are easy to maintain. The hard courts are built on top of asphalt and, in some cases, on top of seamless concrete.  Surfaces with different speeds are possible (ITF 1, ITF 2, ITF 3, ITF 4 and ITF5). hard surface without cushioning

this multi-layered acrylic system consist of total 4 layers or more and is developed to install over asphalt base; for application on seamless polished concrete basement the special primer must be used.

cushioned hard surface grade 1

consist of total 7-8 layers, including 3-4 shock-absorbing sub-layers, which are used to reduce the hardness of the surface. These shock absorbing layers are supplied as a liquid substance.

cushioned hard surface grade 2

consist of total 9-10 layers, including 4-6 shock-absorbing sub-layers, which are used to reduce the hardness of the surface and are made of 2 types of granular rubber of different fractions. These shock absorbing layers are supplied as a liquid substance.

hard surface with rubber mat

cushioned comfort and shock absorbency of this system are provided by a rubber mat (shock pad) from 4mm up to 8mm what is glued to the basement and covered by a minimum of 4 layers of flexible acrylic material in different colors.
